CRUX Consortium operates at the 'Verse's frontiers — from heavy mining and trade routes to tactical fleet security.
Though constellations are illusions of perspective seen only from Old Earth — in three-dimensional space, stars that look close lie light-years apart — we inherit the spirit of the navigators who, centuries ago, used Crux as their compass to chart unknown oceans. To us, Crux is heading and identity: a symbol, not a fixed point in space.
The founders soon realized that true prosperity required more than skill at the stick — it required unity. The consortium was born as an operational umbrella where every profession is valued and operates in synergy.

Our Charter
This document sets out the fundamental guidelines for our fleet's operation and conduct. Inspired by the pragmatism and resilience of the old navigators who used the stars to chart unknown oceans, we adopt an agile structure, free of excessive bureaucracy, designed to maximize fun, profit and efficiency across the 'Verse.

Star Citizen is our passion, but real-world obligations always take priority. We do not require minimum playtime or mandatory participation.

Maturity and camaraderie are non-negotiable. We do not tolerate toxicity, harassment, discrimination or extremism in our channels.

Lawful Actions
The Consortium operates strictly within the universe's laws. Involvement in piracy, griefing, combat logging or unprovoked attacks is expressly prohibited.

Defense of the Fleet
We don't start conflicts — we finish them. Any unjustified attack against our pilots or commercial convoys triggers an immediate, lethal and coordinated armed response from our Vanguard wing.
Operational Structure

Freedom of Flight
Outside official events, every member acts as an independent navigator, completely free to pursue their personal missions as they see fit.

Tactical Chain of Command
During official Consortium mega-operations, the field authority of the Operations Officer (Mission Commander) must be respected to ensure the group's safety and success.

Presence in the voice channel (Discord) is mandatory during joint fleet operations.

We believe that those who navigate together prosper together. In joint organization operations (industrial mining, mass salvage, trade routes or global events), all profits are split equally among the mission's participants.
